Carlo Padilla is a first generation Mexican-American working from Los Angeles in animation production. He’s experienced in 2D and CG pipelines for television and contributed to productions such as Shimmer and Shine and The Casagrandes. He made a career pivot from Computer Information Systems to Animation Production to pursue his passion for animation.His mission with the help of LXiA is to demystify the Animation Industry and bring more diversity across.

He is currently a Production Supervisor at Marvel Studios.
